The Spa market is growing at an enormous rate. All hotels now offer some kind of SPA or SPA treatments, and most boast about their new ‘state of the art’ facilities, their innovative treatments, and the quality of their staff.In truth though, many of these SPA‘s do not gain the reputation that they hope for. Invariably, that special intangible guest experience is missing.
